dEQ6 is a 6 band stereo/MS dynamic equalizer with high quality oversampling and accurate spectrum analyzer.

dEQ6 controls the filter gain of each band by a compressor/expander. This reduces or increases the gain in a specific frequency range, depending on the program material. The detector signal for the compressor/expander is processed by a pre filter which is controlled by the centre frequency and Q-factor of the dynamic filter. This ensures that the compressor/expander is only activated by content in the specified frequency range.

Q) Did Plugin Alliance change the protection?

A) The first big change happened between All Bundle v3.0 and v3.1. Before
v3.1, there are no antidebug, antitamper, antirebuild things. There were
just C&R protection using SHA256/RSA2048/RC4/BASE64.

From v3.1, PA adopted protector which we call PA-Layer. (To be honest we
don't know the actual name of that protector. It looks different from the
popular cross platfrom protectors like VMProtect).

PA-Layer function :

* Packer (Section Encryption)
* Code Obfuscation + Virtualization
* Anti Debugging
* Anti Tampering

We developed custom loader for the Anti PA-Layer and released in short
term (v3.1, last PA full bundle for public till now). But PA updated
the protection immediately for Anti-Anti PA-Layer. Anyway, it is just a
small change. Maybe they would update the protection again after a while.

Q) Why did some plugins continue to be cracked?

A) PA-Layer is adopted to the plugins developed by Plugin Alliance
(Brainworx) self. 3rd party plugins like Lindell, Unfiltered are not
protected by PA-Layer.

Q) What the bad point of PA-Layer? Is it removed from R2R release?

A) Slow loading time, performance affection. If you want to compare the
performance, compare the latest one with the one from PA All Bundle v3.0.

Unlike our full rebuilt iLok releases, PA-Layer is still there in our
releases and you will have any bad points of PA plugins.

Is AAX protected weaker than other plugin platform?

A) Yes, AAX is protected much weaker. While core protection (C&R and related
crypto) is still obfuscated/virtualized in AAX. We guess this is because
AAX needs digital signature by Avid, and some integrations of PA-Layer
conflict with it.

NOTE : AAX Crack by VR will crash randomly due to the bad bomb dealing.
It delays the crashing but it still crashes by some random seeds
(time64) and working time.

Q) Did Plugin Alliance change the protection?

A) The first big change happened between All Bundle v3.0 and v3.1. Before
v3.1, there are no antidebug, antitamper, antirebuild things. There were
just C&R protection using SHA256/RSA2048/RC4/BASE64.

From v3.1, PA adopted protector which we call PA-Layer. (To be honest we
don't know the actual name of that protector. It looks different from the
popular cross platfrom protectors like VMProtect).

PA-Layer function :

* Packer (Section Encryption)
* Code Obfuscation + Virtualization
* Anti Debugging
* Anti Tampering

We developed custom loader for the Anti PA-Layer and released in short
term (v3.1, last PA full bundle for public till now). But PA updated
the protection immediately for Anti-Anti PA-Layer. Anyway, it is just a
small change. Maybe they would update the protection again after a while.

Q) Why did some plugins continue to be cracked?

A) PA-Layer is adopted to the plugins developed by Plugin Alliance
(Brainworx) self. 3rd party plugins like Lindell, Unfiltered are not
protected by PA-Layer.

Q) What the bad point of PA-Layer? Is it removed from R2R release?

A) Slow loading time, performance affection. If you want to compare the
performance, compare the latest one with the one from PA All Bundle v3.0.

Load many plugins -> Save Project -> Close DAW -> Reload It!

You can notice the big difference between them.

Unlike our full rebuilt iLok releases, PA-Layer is still there in our
releases and you will have any bad points of PA plugins.

Q) Why AAX got cracked and appeared beside the VST version?
Is AAX protected weaker than other plugin platform?

A) Yes, AAX is protected much weaker. While core protection (C&R and related
crypto) is still obfuscated/virtualized in AAX. We guess this is because
AAX needs digital signature by Avid, and some integrations of PA-Layer
conflict with it.

NOTE : AAX Crack by VR will crash randomly due to the bad bomb dealing.
It delays the crashing but it still crashes by some random seeds
(time64) and working time.

Q) How long does it take to crack all plugins?

LO-CUT:

12 dB/oct filter that rolls off low frequencies, variable 20 to 530 Hz. Jumper selectable 'Lo-Rider' mode transforms LO-CUT section into a low-frequency hi-cut section with variable resonance (hint: try this on a front of kick or Subkick mic and blend back in for incredibly deep and massive low end).

BUMP:

Variable resonance control for LO-CUT that adds a resonant 'bump' at the corner frequency. Response from Bessel (full CCW), to Butterworth (12 noon), to slightly resonant (0.5 dB full CW). MORE switch increases resonance dramatically... sometimes MORE is more.

LO-RIDER:

Transforms entire LO-CUT section into a low-frequency centered low pass filter with variable resonance. The LED icon will change accordingly. The frequency knob now sets cut-off frequency above which audio will be rolled off. Blend with the non-low passed signal via the MIX fader for massive sounding low end. This can be very useful on kick drums and bass sounds. This was a hidden feature on the hardware.

HI-CUT:

6 dB/oct filter that rolls off high frequencies, variable 500 Hz to 25 kHz. 0.5X switch shifts frequency range one octave lower, while simultaneously increasing slope to 12 dB/oct and adding slight resonance at corner frequency to retain apparent brightness. This resonance can be switched off if needed.

Tina Guo vol. 2 is a valuable expansion of the original Tina Guo Acoustic Cello Legato library utilizing the same unique seamless legato recording and programming techniques. The legato in vol. 2 allows for more agile melodic passages and additional articulations including spiccato, marcato, harmonics, sul ponticello, and vibrato pizzicato. Combining vol. 2 with the original library provides a complete combination of Tina's solo acoustic cello.

How is Tina Guo vol 2 different from Tina Guo Acoustic Cello Legato?

The primary difference is playing style. Tina Guo Acoustic Cello Legato features a romantic, espressivo style of playing that lends itself well to longer melodic lines. Tina Guo vol 2 allows for an agile, more connected style of playing. Also, faster playing naturally allows less time for vibrato on passing notes. Vol 2 also features more articulations not available in the original library (see below).

Otherwise, Tina played the same instrument at the MGM Scoring Stage in Los Angeles, recorded using same microphones as the original library. Tim Starnes recreated the same mix as the original library as well as the desk mix from the Scoring Stage.

ARTICULATIONS

Attack Overlay
Selecting this adds a staccato attack overlay to the beginnings of sustains. Its volume is velocity dependent. They appear at higher velocities. The attack of sustains are also sensitive to velocity.

Legato
Selecting this allows monophonic voicing with recorded legato transitions. Unselected allows polyphonic sustain samples only. Legato transitions are sensitive to velocity.

∞ Bow
Unselected, this includes Tina's natural bow changes on sustained notes. Selected, it allows you to extend the bow length as needed. Simply re-attack a note when you need a bow change on the same note.

Release Volume
This controls the volume of the note releases. If set too high, it will sound like too much reverb and decay. A setting too low will give an unnatural sound to the legato transititons.

Legato Speed (CC02)
Higher settings allow for faster playing. Lower settings allow for slower playing and will reveal more of the recorded legato transition.

Mod Wheel
The Mod Wheel controls general dynamics.

MINI PHRASES AND EFFECTS

This patch contains a variety of cello effects and improvisation phrases in each key, and major and minor modes.

The RED keyswitches toggle between tonal and non-tonal samples.

The GREEN keswitches select the tonal center of the tonal samples.

The VIOLET keyswitches toggle between major and minor modes of the tonal samples.

GRANULAR
Instead of playing back the entire sample as recorded, the GRANULAR button triggers a stream of "grains" or small chunks of audio that begin playing from the playhead.

The SPEED slider controls how quickly the playhead scrubs through the sample.

The DENSITY slider controls how many grains are generated per second. Higher densities may result in CPU overload.

The RANDOMIZE Slider randomizes the position of the playhead as well as the grains' panning and microtuning.
